Aside from helping us deliver workshops and events, the information you share with us means you’ll receive a more personalised and rewarding experience e.g. information about workshops and events that may interest you and your child(ren).

In running and operating our organisation we may collect and process certain data and information relating to you. This data and information is detailed below:

The information we collect is used for our own use. In addition, we may use the information for the following purposes:
- To provide you with essential information relating to our website, workshops or other services that you request from us, to ensure you have all the information you need. We may do this using email, texting, phone calls and physical address.
- To provide you with information on other goods or services that we feel may be of interest to you e.g. if we start offering other workshops or events.

If you attend our workshops or events you enter a contractual relationship with Studio Moffat. We use your data (which may include your postal address, telephone number and email address) to give you essential information and updates about the running of our programmes or events and about the organisation.
Consent
We will only send promotional material, including newsletters, by email to those who have given consent, usually to send you updates on our projects. Occasionally, our promotional material may – for example – invite you to an event or promote items for sale.

Storing your personal data
Information we collect about you and your child(ren) is stored on a secure, in-house webserver. By submitting your personal data, you agree to your data being stored or processed in this way. We will always take all reasonable precautions to make sure that your data remains secure and is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We do not ask you to set up an account and do not ask you to create a password to access our services. The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk.
