If you attend our workshops or events you enter a contractual relationship with Studio Moffat. We use your data (which may include your postal address, telephone number and email address) to give you essential information and updates about the running of our programmes or events and about the organisation.

We will only send promotional material, including newsletters, by email to those who have given consent, usually to send you updates on our projects. Occasionally, our promotional material may – for example – invite you to an event or promote items for sale.

Storing your personal data

Information we collect about you and your child(ren) is stored on a secure, in-house webserver. By submitting your personal data, you agree to your data being stored or processed in this way. We will always take all reasonable precautions to make sure that your data remains secure and is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We do not ask you to set up an account and do not ask you to create a password to access our services. The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk.
